LIFE AS A CHRISTIAN PART 1
Romans 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
The perspective of life as a Christian does not begin or end in association (church mostly). Life as a Christian begins with an awareness; being aware of the Creator's agenda i.e a life beyond SELF.
Who is the creator and what is His agenda? (We shall come back to this)
Living naturally as a man revolves around: Growth, Survival and Wants.
Since the day man fell off the intention of God in Eden, he was condemned to these three assurances.
Growth (grows old and die)
Survival (struggles & battles)
Wants ( insatiable desires)
These are the essentials that fuel a man's existence from every physical perspective, but not all that there is, because there is a Spirit in man and that spirit is deposited at the expense of the Creator's Divine agenda, with reconciliation in perspective.
The spirit in man yearns and long constantly to grasp the purpose of the creator. However, leaving this spiritual vacuum unattended, often results in manipulation beyond the understanding of man from the world unseen.
Life as a Christian means that one has matured from the state of existence to that very state of Living.
The same way a stone exists, other animals also exist without any sense of eternal purpose.
In fact, everything exists for itself; to grow, to survive and to desire, until a man finds purpose for it.
With this light, a man cannot just exist for self, it must find purpose and the purpose for man is encoded in the creator.
Being aware of this superior and eternal being is the beginning of a Christian life.
Living as a man is mostly influenced by you ( your thoughts and desires).
Living as a Christian is coming under an influence. (Part 2 ) To be continued.
